Terms & Conditions

1. Services

123DScan provides professional 3D scanning, virtual tour creation, floor plan generation, and related digital documentation services ("Services"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects that differ materially from the original brief.

3. Booking & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled scan date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 48 hours from the date of scanning for virtual tours and 3D models. Floor plans and CAD exports may take up to 5 working days. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use all deliverables for their intended purpose. 123DScan retains the right to use project imagery and data in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

6. Hosting

Matterport virtual tours are hosted on the Matterport platform. Hosting fees are included for the first 12 months. After this period, hosting may be subject to ongoing fees as per Matterport's pricing. We will notify you before any charges apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

123DScan's liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

8. Access & Site Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, a re-visit fee may apply. The property should be clean and prepared for scanning as discussed during booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
